With more than 26 years in the Facilities industry, James brings innovative ideas on how to drive student/client satisfaction, facilities service quality improvements, employee productivity, energy cost reduction, and public/private partnerships to improve your campus’s infrastructure.
This focus on service optimization and operational excellence was developed through lessons learned from James's time as a combat arms officer in the United States Army, building power plants for General Electric, and leading the expansion of facilities services at Sodexo.
James is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, a Six Sigma Certified Black Belt. a Licensed General Contractor, and a Certified Purchasing Manager.
